Lead a production team that turns approved formulas into released product. You will own line performance, safety, and right-first-time quality across your shift.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily production operations and staffing across the shift.
- Ensure adherence to batch records, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
- Drive throughput, yield, and OEE improvements with lean methods.
- Coach operators and lead shift-level safety and quality huddles.
What you'll bring
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
- ✓3+ years supervising teams in pharma, food, or regulated manufacturing.
- ✓Working knowledge of cGMP and clean-room / controlled-area operations.
- ✓Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving ability.
